Harmony Studios collects personal information only to schedule lessons, track attendance, and bill tuition, in line with Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable Newfoundland and Labrador privacy expectations.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, address), lesson schedules, attendance records, guardian or emergency contacts for students, and billing information needed to generate tuition invoices.

Why we collect it

We use this information to schedule and deliver lessons, mark attendance, communicate about your account, and create invoices for tuition. We do not sell personal information.

Emails and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Invoice emails are sent as transactional messages related to your account. You can contact the studio to update your contact preferences.

Students under 19 (NL age of majority)

For younger students we ask for parent or guardian contact details so the studio can communicate about lessons, attendance, and billing. Please keep guardian information current in your profile.

Your rights
